Background
Nicole has a client focused practice dedicated to commercial litigation. She is committed to giving the most efficient and advantageous result to her clients. Her practice includes contract disputes, real estate, franchising, and commercial transactions.
Nicole attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she served as Article Development Editor for the American Indian Law Review. Nicole graduated in the top 15% of her law school class and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure I, Mental Health Law, and the Civil Clinic. Nicole dedicated much of her law school experience to public service. She contributed over 450 hours of pro-bono work to the community and received the Public Service Award and the George B. Fraser Scholarship for this dedication. She also received the Distinguished Legal Intern Award for her work in the OU Legal Clinic.
While in law school, she served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Renee Toliver in the Northern District of Texas and Administrative Judge Michelle Robertson for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Nicole was born and raised in Dallas and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
