Washington, D.C. based IMA PIZZA LLC d/b/a &pizza closed out 2024 with the completion of an asset sale of three company restaurants to new Licensee, IWILLPIZZA, LLC. The three locations are all in the Washington, D.C. area. The transaction leaves &pizza with 38 corporate locations of the fast casual pizza concept in Washington, D.C., New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
